Upcoming Events

September 2023

September 1 - October 4 | Season of Creation
Season of Creation is the annual Christian celebration to pray and respond together to the cry of Creation: the ecumenical family around the world unites to listen and care for our common home, the Oikos of God. This year we will unite around the theme, “Let Justice and Peace Flow.” We will be celebrating at LMF, and we encourage you to visit seasonofcreation.org for a wide variety of resources to help you celebrate.

September 21 | 7:30pm | Polarization and Disagreement in the Church Discussion Forum
The MCBC Faith in Today’s Church task group invites you to a forum focused on polarization and disagreement in the church. The event will feature a panel of three individuals who will each offer a short reflection on the topic coming out of their own knowledge and experiences. The panellists’ presentations will provide a focal point around which we will then engage with one another in small group discussion. Mark your calendars for this opportunity to learn, share, listen, and be encouraged and equipped.
